Touch of Red
Dead river makes for a wonderful location for waterfall photography. The river has several pleasant waterfalls, it is also quite accessible (as long as you are willing to get a little brave while crossing the river) allowing for multiple angles of view for each waterfall. The last few days have been filled with a cloud covered forecast, instead of staying indoors, I have been making the most of the wonderfully soft light. Using the weather to my advantage, I have been photographing intimate foliage scenes as well as using the soft even light to balance a waterfall scene. I hope you enjoy.
Technical details: Canon 7D, Canon 10-22mm lens (@22mm) circular polarizer (CPL) filter, ISO 100, F/16, 1/6th of a second.
