Dreams of Fall
I captured this scene one week before I left to visit my younger brother in Big Sky Montana. I knew that the fall foliage would soon be gone, so I took advantage of the last moments I had to photograph the beauty. I captured the scene in a way that would be reminiscent of the fading moment of the season with an extended exposure. The cloud cover for the day was amazing, large soft clouds slowly drifted over head. The clouds added the opportunity to 'slow down' time to create a scene that relates more to memory and time than to 'real life' experiences, thus seeming more like a dream. I hope this image instills thoughts of fall and the great moments you had watching the colors transform over time during this wonderful season!!
