Young Buck
A young whitetail buck still sporting his velvet covered antlers comes out of the shaded woods to catch the last few moments of the warm fading sun. There were two more bucks nearly equal in size and in horn configuration nearby. Three does also followed the group to and fro. I hope everyone enjoys this early season view of a deer that might become a true heavy weight contender in a few years.
Technical details: Canon 7D, Canon 400 5.6L, Kenko Pro 300 DGX 1.4X tele-converter, ISO 400, F/8, 1/250th.
