Revisiting Locations

We all get bored of where we live from time to time. I have trouble with this almost every winter for a week or two. This winter I was in the rut of this problem and I had the idea to re-photograph a few locations I had visited during the summer and fall of 2013.

It was a great 'assignment' to get me off of my butt, pick up the camera, and get out for a long hike. I re-visited several locations within the Sleeping Bear Dunes NLS. I completed three re-shoots in a single day over a six hour period. The photographs are far from my best; however, I felt reinvigorated after completing this fun and interesting self-assignment.
