Red Rock, Rivers, Canyons and the Kitchen Sink

Robin and I recently returned from an epic fourteen day trip to the South West. We visited seven National Parks and a few stunning State Parks. We started from Michigan and drove strait to Arhes National Park. We ended up going to rare locations like White Pocket in the Vermilion Cliffs National Monument and also the icons like Zion, Canyonlands and Grand Canyon National Park. We are looking forward to sharing our experiences from the trip. The trip was a true pleasure, but no matter how wild the world is out there, our friends and family will always be the best the world has to offer. Thank you for everything everyone!! There is much to come, I hope everyone enjoys.

The first photograph here is of Turret Arch framed by North Window Arch just a few moments after the first light of sunrise. The warm lighting dramatically enhances the already warm hues of Utah's 'Red Rock.'
